The Role of admission cell is to completely monitor the admission process of the Institute which are done in phase by manner as follows
1. Career Counseling is done by arranging visits to High Schools of Koraput District and bring the students to the Institute to create interest among them towards diploma education
2. After the online process of admission starts a 24 hr help desk is arranged in the Institute to guide the students to apply for admission
3. After the Admission is over, the data of the students are disseminated to SCTEVT/DTET for getting students enrolled.
4. The data pertaining to each and every students admitted are stored in the Admission cell as future record.

1. Academic Cell is monitored by Academic Coordinator and Principal of the Institute with the help of HODs of departments
2. Following Academic Calendar provided by SCTEVT Odisha, Academic Cell monitors the schedule of activities to be completed in due time
3. Prepare schedules for Annual Functions, Athletic Meet.
4. Guide the departments for smooth conduction of academic activities such as Class tests, Internals, Industrial Visits , Time Table preparation etc.

1. Examination Cell is monitored by Examination In-charge and Principal of the Institute for smooth conduction of Examinations throughout the Year.
2. Examination related guideline as issued by SCTEVT is forwarded to departments in time
3. Monitors the conduction of Class tests, End Sem Exam, Practical Exam by preparing schedule to submission of marks to SCTEVT.
4. Keep record of Results published and disseminate them to department for record.

1. The cell is monitored by Cultural Head and Principal with the co-ordination of all staff members of the Institute
2. The cell look forward to organize Annual function and annual athletic meet for students
3. The Cell in co-ordination with the staff members organize literary competitions, dance and sports activities to make students active in the Institute.

The Role of the committee is to redress the complaints of the staff members. . The committee meeting will be held when a grievance is received and the key role is to settle the complaints lodged by the staffs. If the Staff member is not satisfied with the solution provided then he or she may approached to the next higher authority (DTET Odisha) for necessary solution.

An Anti-Ragging Cell/Committee constituted with following staff members of this Institution to prevent ragging inside and outside of this Institution campus. The cell/committee will organize workshop on anti ragging at regular intervals, updating slogans on anti ragging in the institute website, interact with the newly joined students. The committee shall take every possible effort to curb and eradicated the menace of ragging completely. The committee will definitely meet once in a week. The committee shall function for the AY 2021-22. The committee will meet once in every 15 days and the report shall be submitted to the undersigned by Member Secretary.

An Internal Complaint Committee is constituted with the following staff members of this Institution as per Gender Sensitization for Prevention and Prohibition of Sexual Harassment of Women Employees and Students and Redressal of their grievances. The Committee must act decisively against all gender based violence perpetrated against employees and students of all sexes recognizing that primarily women employees and students in any forms of sexual harassment and humiliation and exploitation. The committee meeting will be held on the last working day of each month to settle complaint lodged by students/staffs. The monthly report of the meeting should reach the undersigned within 1st week of succeeding month.
